Tour of Richmond Gran Fondo Training Schedule

Saturday Rides Offered

The Gran Fondo training team schedule has group rides scheduled for Saturdays beginning on June 11 at 7am.  The Saturday group rides are supported rides and will be the longest ride you do for that week.  The rest of your weekly schedule consists of a mixture of timed riding (i.e. ride for 1 hour) and aerobic/endurance workouts.  After your first group ride on June 11, you will receive your training team schedule that outlines the weeks leading up to the event.   We can’t wait to join you in celebrating your progress each weekend!


In addition to the training schedule we will offer various clinics including technical skills, safety training and riding on the road.  The dates for these clinics will be listed soon!
