Sports Backers, a nationally acclaimed non-profit sports commission, seeks a full time Sponsorship Manager. This individual will assist the Director of Sponsorship with cultivating, selling, and supporting sponsorship sales and overall business development efforts of the organization. Responsibilities will include prospecting and securing new sponsors for existing Sports Backers events, assisting with the production of sponsorship solicitation materials, working with other Sports Backers staff to fulfill sponsorship agreements, and providing post-event sponsorship reports. In addition, the Sponsorship Manager will assist with selling corporate packages to our Corporate Run, Dragon Boat Festival, Scholar-Athlete Awards Dinner, Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k, and other events and programs as needed.
