With over 50+ FREE classes across Richmond, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Hopewell, Colonial Heights, Cumberland County, and even Zoom, we’re thrilled to bring you the best FREE fitness in the area. Whether you’re into aqua classes or hiking, we have something for everyone and we’re here to help YOU get fit!

Exciting New Classes in Chesterfield!
We’ve added two fantastic mid-day classes at the Beulah Recreation Center in Chesterfield, perfect for all ages and abilities. These classes are led by enthusiastic women of color who are ready to meet you where you are and help you achieve your fitness goals.
Wednesdays
Cardio & Strength Fusion with Roz – 1:30 PM
This all-levels class blends heart-pumping cardio, strength-building exercises, and rejuvenating stretches, giving you a full-body workout. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, this class allows you to work at your own pace, with modifications for all fitness levels. Expect fun, accessible cardio intervals, strength-building exercises, and restorative stretches that will improve flexibility and recovery.

Thursdays
Cee’s Cardio Circuit – 1:30 PM (No class on 2/13)
This high-intensity, circuit-style workout uses 6 or more stations to engage all muscle groups. Expect to burn 300-500 calories while leaving the class feeling stronger and energized. This class is beginner-friendly but offers modifications for all fitness levels.

We’re gearing up for our annual training this Saturday, welcoming 16 new community leaders who are ready to inspire their communities through fitness. A big thank you to our partners at Richmond Parks and Recreation for opening the doors of the Powhatan Community Center to help us pour into these amazing new recruits. Led by experienced Warriors Eboni Washington, Danielle Saunders, and Ieshia Gray, we’re excited to usher in a new wave of leaders who will motivate YOU to get moving!
