Fit, Fun & Functional Field Day w/ Laurel
This 30-minute, all-standing class is designed to feel less like a traditional workout and more like recess for grown-ups. Get ready for a fun, energizing mix of agility activities, light obstacle-style movement patterns, coordination and balance challenges, and playful functional strength exercises.
This class is a great next step for participants who are ready to explore more standing, functional movement, build stamina, and feel comfortable being on their feet for longer periods of time. As always, modifications will be provided, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.
