The Markel Corporate Run is a fun, scenic 3.1-mile course in the heart of Innsbrook. Starting and finishing in the center of the community, the route passes Lake Innsbrook and Waterfront Lake, highlighting the area’s natural beauty, wildlife, and waterfront views. Along the way, participants can soak in the energy at the Hirschler High Fives zone just after the halfway point—an extra burst of encouragement when you need it most. Then cruise under CapTech’s iconic balloon arch as you take on the CapTech Final Mile and the excitement of the finish line builds. It all leads to the Hirschler Post Race Office Party, making for an unforgettable race-day experience from start to finish.

Parking
Parking is available in any of the nearby surface lots around the course and near the start/finish area.
Road Closures
These roads close at 6:00 pm:
- Dominion Boulevard at Sadler Road; through to Waterfront Place
- Waterfront Drive / Highwoods Parkway; through to Sadler Place
- Sadler Place; from Sadler Road to Cox Road
- Southbound Cox Road – from Nuckols Road to Innslake Drive
- Waterfront Place – from Cox Road to Dominion Boulevard
- Innslake Drive – from Cox Road to Sadler Road
As the last participants pass each point the Police will reopen the roads; also referred to as a rolling opening of the course.
