The Markel Corporate Run 5K is a fun, scenic 3.1-mile course in the heart of Innsbrook. Starting and finishing in the center of the community, the route passes Lake Innsbrook and Waterfront Lake, highlighting the area’s natural beauty, wildlife, and waterfront views—before quickly turning into a lively post-race happy hour.

Parking
Parking is available in any of the nearby surface lots around the course and near the start/finish area.
Road Closures
These roads close at 6:00 pm:
- Dominion Boulevard at Sadler Road; through to Waterfront Place
- Waterfront Drive / Highwoods Parkway; through to Sadler Place
- Sadler Place; from Sadler Road to Cox Road
- Southbound Cox Road – from Nuckols Road to Innslake Drive
- Waterfront Place – from Cox Road to Dominion Boulevard
- Innslake Drive – from Cox Road to Sadler Road
As the last participants pass each point the Police will reopen the roads; also referred to as a rolling opening of the course.
