Suzen Collins will lead the 2021 Sports Backers 10K Training Team! You may recognize her from the Downtown 10k team, the Carytown 8K team, or even the Marathon Training Team (awhile back!) She started running in 2006 as a part of the Sports Backers 10K training team – and has been involved in some way ever since. While she enjoys working with participants of all abilities – her greatest fulfillment comes from working with “adult onset athletes” taking on their first race or pushing themselves past any bad memories of middle school gym class! Whether you are just getting off the couch or are pushing to run/walk a little faster this year, Suzen and the 10K Training Team coaching crew are excited to share tips and tricks to build new habits and get you to the start line! She can be reached at [email protected]
