The Health & Fitness expo is your one-stop-shop for race goodies, running gear and apparel. Don’t just grab your bib number, T-shirt and goodie bag – then run! Take some time to check out this year’s race merchandise and see what the vendors have to offer.

Packet Pick Up
Be sure you know your bib number when you come to the expo. Bib number notifications will be emailed to all participants or can be found on the confirmation page (beginning in mid-September). All participants must show a photo ID to pick up their packet. You may pick up another registered participant’s packet but be sure to know their bib number and a bring a copy or picture of their photo ID.

Can’t make it to the expo to pick up your packet? We now offer the option of paying to have your bib number and shirt mailed to you. You should expect to receive your shirt and number approximately 10-14 days prior to the event.

- February 16 – September 1: $25
(Please note: After September 1 we will no longer be able to mail packets. Once paid, this fee is non-refundable.)
Pre-Expo Drive Thru Packet Pick Up
On Tuesday, September 22 and Wednesday, September 23 we are offering pre-expo drive thru packet pick up. The cost is $15 per packet and pickup is available between 3-6 p.m. both days. When registering, you can reserve a space in one of the available one-hour time slots to come to the Ashe Center and pick up your packet before the expo opens to the public. Your packet will be ready for you when you arrive and our volunteers will bring it right to your car! We have limited capacity per hour and the option to reserve a time slot will be available until each hour fills, or the deadline on September 18. Once paid, this fee is non-refundable.
Race Day bib number pick up
NEW! Race Day bib number only pick up will be offered on Saturday morning, September 26 from 7 to 9:30 a.m. in the lobby of the Siegel Center, located across from the 10k Start Line on Broad Street, which is also the site of Race Day Registration.
Please Note: Participants will ONLY be able to pick up their race number, not their participant shirt or race bag. If you wish to receive your shirt and bag, there is a $15 fee to have them mailed to you after the race. Please call 804-285-9495 the week after the event to arrange this.
