Fitness Warriors are dedicated to bringing FREE fitness opportunities to Richmond and surrounding communities. Class dates, times, and locations are listed below for a variety of classes. All classes are free and open to all fitness levels. Contact information for each Warrior is also provided. Come try a class…or 3! We ask that you wear tennis shoes, bring water, and bring a mat to each class if you have one.
