  • Don’t measure yourself by other members of the group.
  • Plan ahead. Download our customizable 12-week workout tracker and make a plan to be active every day. Set your own goals and have fun checking the days off as you complete your daily activity.
  • Think outside the box—mowing the lawn, living room dance parties, and playing tag with your family count!
  • Accountability is the best secret weapon! Invite a friend to join the Sports Backers Spring Challenge.
