Samuel Mintz
Director, Truist
Sam is a Director at Truist Investments and runs a planning and investment group that focuses on family and business planning. He is originally from North Carolina and graduated with a Finance degree from UNC Wilmington.
Sam started out as a member of the Sports Backers President’s Council in 2012 and later ran the group for several years. This is his second term on the board and served on many committees and volunteered at numerous events. He is passionate about an active lifestyle and the benefits it brings to one’s mental and physical well-being. In Sam’s spare time, he plays basketball, golf, weight trains, and the occasional run.
Sam also enjoys spending time with his wife and loves watching his two daughters play soccer, basketball, tennis, and gymnastics.
