The Honorable Leslie Haley
Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors
Leslie Haley was re-elected as the Midlothian District Supervisor in November 2019. She served as the Board’s Vice-Chair in 2017 & 2018 and was elected the Board’s Chair in 2019 & 2020. She currently serves as the Chair of the Greater Richmond Partnership, a regional public private partnership that supports attracting economic development projects to Central Virginia.
Leslie has been a Chesterfield County resident for over twenty years. She has operated and managed her own law firm since 2012, and serves as a court-appointed Guardian ad litem for Virginia’s abused and neglected children. Leslie has recently served as an adjunct professor at William and Mary School of Law where she teaches Professional Responsibility and Legal Skills. In 2010, she was a recipient of the Influential Women of Virginia Award. She also currently serves as a Trustee on the Board of HCA Chippenham and Johnston-Willis Hospital.
Past board service includes St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation and the Metropolitan Richmond Women’s Bar Association.
Leslie’s passion for physical activity started in her mid-20s and continues today in her continued commitment to motivate others as a group fitness instructor at ACAC in Midlothian.
