Indoor Sports Tournament Center & Equipment Rentals

With the generous support of regional friends and partners, we’ve been able to utilize over $500,000 worth of sports flooring and equipment to transform the Greater Richmond Convention Center into an Indoor Sports Tournament Center. From volleyball and basketball to indoor field hockey, soccer and fencing, the Indoor Sports Tournament Center is equipped to host a wide variety of events.

HOSTED EVENTS:

  • USA Field Hockey National Indoor Championships
  • USA Fencing North American Cup
  • Boys East Coast Volleyball Championships
  • Girls South Atlantic Volleyball Championships
  • Monument City Girls’ Volleyball Classic
  • Various soccer and basketball tournaments

RENTALS:

Basketball

  • 12 BPI 3800 and 3000 portable basketball goals
  • Treska Line Taping Machine
    • Equipped with pole extension to tape half court circles and 3 point arcs (19’ 9”)

Volleyball

  • 26 AAI Aluminum Power Volleyball Systems
    • Includes light weight 3” OD aluminum uprights, adjustable piston for all competitive heights, adjustable height worm gear winch, 36” net, antennae, clamps and boundary tape, wrap-around pads for the standards
  • 55 gallon water barrels for securing volleyball systems

Indoor Field Hockey

  • Sideboards and goals for four courts
    • Courts measuring 60’ x 120’
    • Goals are 6’ 7” tall, 9’ 10” wide, and 3’ deep

Indoor Soccer

  • Goals for four courts
    • Goals are 6’ 7” tall, 9’ 10” wide, and 3’ deep

Flooring - Sport Court

  • Approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of A-Tak SportCourt flooring (50% gray, 50% blue)
    • Comes in single square foot tiles that are snapped together to create large playing surfaces
  • Carpet underlayment available for entire amount of SportCourt flooring

Other

  • 8 results boards
  • 2 pallet jacks
  • 2800 linear feet of protective divider netting (10’ high x 75’ long lengths)
    • Includes equipment to suspend netting
  • 2” vinyl white tape for marking courts
  • Treska taping machine
