Elementary School 1 Miler
There’s something for the youngsters, too, with this 1-mile race. The way the course is designed, parents can see their children almost every step of the way (if they can keep up, of course!).

Entries are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be deferred to another year.

Details
- Please arrive at the start line at least 10 minutes before the start of your race.
- B-chips (or chips already attached to the number bib) will be assigned to every runner for timing purposes.
- Maymont does not allow pets on the property, so please leave your four-legged friends at home!
Packet Pick-up
T-shirt and packet pick-up will be available at Maymont near the Hampton Street entrance on Friday, September 28 from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. A photo ID is not required to pick up a race packet for a minor.
Results
Results will be posted at www.sportsbackers.org after the conclusion of the day’s events.
Awards
Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers, male and female.
Course Description
The 1-mile course starts near Maymont House and doubles back on itself before passing the Maymont House and crossing the finish line.
Print out an entry form and mail it in with payment by September 26
Walk up registration Friday, September 28 from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Maymont.
